We get so many questions around what we eat, what we drink and how we stay in shape, that we thought that the best way to answer was to do a podcast and address all of your issues and queries.

So much about good health is always ‘sold’ to us as particular regimes, particular health foods, particular styles of nutrition and particular ways of living…..when actually, this can be sometimes counter-productive to your innate good health. It sets up the ‘yo yo’ effect of in and out of fad diets.
We say innate good health, because we firmly believe, and we also think, that we are living proof of our positive beliefs around good health.
We have been given this time on the planet right now, when the whole world is in a state of flux, to take stock, recalibrate and review the ways in which we are living and the ways that we approach our work habits, our recreation and our nutrition habits.
It’s a holistic approach! It’s about empowering yourself completely from within. It’s also about tuning in and letting yourself breathe……and how high you value your body.
Your body is made to thrive and if you are out of sync with what your body needs, then you will not be actively working with your body to achieve the desired results.

It’s a deep, powerful, searching inner inquiry about the ramifications currently, especially for people of colour, of what is, at these present times, happening in the world.
This podcast is not about the usual topics that we explore around manifestation, abundance and living into your purpose...however, we feel that this is a necessary discussion to have right now. And, it is, we believe, an integral part of each and every one’s basic human being...basic human empathy and basic human concern for our fellow citizens on this planet.
It’s about how we dig deep for the compassion to support others as well as ourselves.
We all need to go deep inside and reflect and connect with the inner light and the goodness in our souls. To connect with that full capacity that we have to respond from our inner mastery...that inner mastery that is diamond hard and formed through pressure.
How can we move to that deep place of knowing that we are truly all one, not separated and not divided? How can we wake up and be truly connected? How can we settle the trauma in ourselves? How can we heal?
We have so much work to do...and it starts with ourselves and that biggest component is YOU.
And the time is NOW.
